For anyone unfamiliar with the processes of testing and registration with FieldComm Group, we encourage you to review the Path to Digitalization information and explore the Member Support Portal knowledgebase. This will help you understand the requirements and where to find procedures and test specifications for your product testing.
Testing Services for HART field devices are available at FieldComm Group's office in Austin, Texas, as well as partner labs in Germany and China. FOUNDATION Fieldbus and WirelessHART Testing Services are only available in Austin. All requests for Testing Services are handled via the Member Support Portal ticket system.

FieldComm Group offers Product Service Programs for many of the developer tools available. Support for developers using the test kits is available to the licensed owner of the tool through the Member Support Portal ticket system. Developer tool User Guides, Datasheets, and Change Logs are available in the support knowledgebase by searching for the tools or browsing Development Products & Tools.
