Gas mass flow controller (flowmeter) is a device for precise measurement and control of gas mass flow. It has important and extensive applications in scientific research and production in many fields. The main part of the instrument is composed of mass flow sensor, shunt channel, flow rate, control valve and amplification control circuit. It is made by using the flow fluid to transfer heat to change the heat transfer distribution effect of measuring the temperature distribution of the capillary wall, that is, a thermally distributed flowmeter. Using the principle of capillary heat transfer thermometry to measure the mass flow of gas, it can not be affected by temperature and pressure.
