The FieldConnex DART Power Hub is an intrinsically safe modular fieldbus
power supply for four segments with small foot print. Connections for all
DCS and PLC host systems and sockets for all modules enable simple
installation without tools. For power redundancy with seamless transfer,
pairs of modules share the load on each segment.
Additional features are: Built-in fieldbus termination in
high-availability configuration. Plug-in connectors with fastening screws
are unyielding to vibrations and prevent accidental disconnect. The
optional Advanced Diagnostic Module monitors the fieldbus physical layer
allowing faster commissioning and online monitoring of data transmission
quality. Other features and benefits include

The DART Power Hub implements the intrinsically safe High-Power Trunk
Concept in conjunction with DART Segment Protectors. This enables long
cable runs and many field devices. Hot work is permitted on couplers and
