BD and BJ Intelligent actuator has been widely used in power plant、metallurgy、petroleum、chemistry industry、water conservancy、machine、light industry、fire protection、environment protection department and so on. The all functions can be rapidly set up by the hand-held、non-intrusively, infra-red setting tool without removing electrical covers (even in wet or hazardous situations).
The BD and BJ actuator has a liquid crystal display. The LCD screen display the valve position with the way of the percentage digital and the graphics, the valve position display precision is 1%.
The BD and BJ actuator have two indicated lamps, the green lamp means the full open position, the red lamp means the full close position.
Even in badly dangerous environment it can work reliability for its terse design. BD and BJ range actuator provides for you the most reasonable scheme in the range of 50N.m~3000N.m(Up to 300000 N.m if the gearbox is outfit).
The Output flange of the actuator is made from the criterion ISO5210:2001(GB/T12222-2005)，but it can be made from the other criterion according to the user’s desire.
The BD and BJ actuator can satisfy connecting to all kinds of valve. The box and cover can suit the environment to outdoors, and the closure level is IP68. The explosion proof can be selected, and their explosion proof level is ExdIICT4. They can be used in level IIA and IIB environment example: NO.1 and NO.2 area etc. filled with level T1~T4 explosive mixture.
