The RHE42 multifunction Coriolis mass flow transmitter from Rheonik provides reliable and accurate measurement in a wide variety of applications. Coupled with a Rheonik RHM flow sensor, the fully digital front end of the transmitter is tolerant to flow regimes not usually conducive to Coriolis meter application (i.e., those with high pulsation/vibration/aeration). The housing is suitable for installation in a great many environments and includes a wide variety of hazardous area certifications and approvals. The transmitter is available with or without local user display and interface. License free RHECOMPro software is downloadable from the web to allow remote communication with the transmitter for in-depth setup and configuration. Full local setup and operation is available “through glass” on units with a local display and user interface. Firmware features include, amongst others, batch control, partially filled/aerated pipe management, ultra-fast (millisecond) precision filling measurement, and net oil/API corrected volume/density reporting.
Meters are equipped with Assurance View and Assurance Factor advanced diagnostics providing a clear insight into the operating condition of the meter and its performance. Assurance Factor can be linked to the large character color LCD display (when fitted) to provide clear and visible signaling of measurement condition to operators and technicians nearby.
The RHE42 simultaneously measures mass flow, volumetric flow, density and temperature. Totalizers are included for forward, reverse and net accumulation of both mass and volume.
A wide range RHM flow sensors are available from ¼” to 14” line size for use with the RHE42. With capabilities such as 20,000psi pressure ratings, exotic materials, customizable connection types/sizes and temperature ratings up to 400°C, the Rheonik Coriolis meter range covers more applications than any other Coriolis brand available on the market.
