| More Information: | M8000 series explosion-proof type intelligent electric actuator is an integration multi-turn actuator, hold the features of fault self-diagnosis, over torque protection, motor over heat protection, soft ON/OFF etc., widely used in the pipe fluid control system of electricity, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, gas, light industry ,sewage treatment. We can operate the actuators, configured parameters and check the internal operating information- including the numbers of start, operate times and fault messages and so on via the Foundation Fieldbus. Main features: Digitalization: Electric actuator uses contactless hall sensor to measure displacement, velocity and angle. The sensor has the virtue of high resolution, wear-free and longevity. The digital signal is directly transferred to microprocessor accurately without temperature interference. Intelligent controller: All the monitoring and control of Displacement, velocity and torque (thrust) are micro-computerized. Microprocessor diagnoses and adjusts them to ensure its operation safely and securely. Frequency-control: Speed and torque can be adjusted bi-directionally and accurately. No overshoot will occur. For this reason, the operational lifetime is prolonged greatly. Universal connection for simple and reliable installation. Link Master capabilities. Easy and quick setting and commissioning with user-friendly operator guidance on the local control station, with clear symbols on the graphic LC-Display. Easy and safe plug & socket connection. Remote actuator and valve diagnostics (predictive maintenance). Firmware upgrade possibility with the Firmware Update Manager. Simple local diagnostics of the Foundation Fieldbus interface and communication status. Health status of the fieldbus connection with the actual and target block modes of the used function blocks and transducer blocks. Various options for data transmission via the Foundation Fieldbus function blocks for best possible flexibility and performance. Methods for easy function block configuration.
