AMH metal tube variable-area flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as flowmeter) is a kind of flowmeter to measure the flowrate by changing the throttling area. It is capable of continuously measuring the flowrate of liquid, gas and steam in the closed pipe. Besides indicating instantaneous flowrate onsite, it can also output 4-20mA DC current signal via far transmission, it can be installed with flowrate accumulation unit board of 6-digit LCD display, and unit board with upper limit and lower limit alarm switch, it is widely applied to flowrate test and process control in the industries such as national defence, chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, energy, medicine, light industry, foods and so on. This flowmeter is made by adopting latest design technology and computer technology with following features:
1) Full metal structure, simple structure, stable and reliable running, unified installation size (250mm) for the basic type AMH250, long service life;
2) Wide flowrate measuring range, it is suitable for measuring middle and small flowrate with low pressure loss, and short straight pipe section;
3) It can meet the demands of measuring the flowrate of varied liquids and measuring environments;
4) It adopts computer technology with accurate measurement, stable and reliable running, and easy maintenance.
5) It adopts modular combined design, the functions such as upper and lower limit switch, and flowrate accumulation can be added quickly onsite, the functional unit boards adopt plug-in mounting structure and feature convenient components replacement and accurate positioning.
