Description
The LG01 is a guided-wave radar level meter that uses 1 GHz Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology. It measures the distance, level, mass and volume of liquids, pastes, slurries, granulates and powders in storage, process or agitated processes. LG01 uses a probe to guide a signal to the surface of the measured product. Featuring a large choice of probes to fit varying applications, it can measure most products in difficult conditions.
· 2-wire loop-powered, 1 GHz TDR level meter
· Continuous self-diagnostics, status and diagnostic messages per NAMUR NE 107
· Converter can be removed under process conditions (leave the flange in place on the tank)
· Dynamic Parasite Rejection (DPR) function - eliminates false reflections caused by tank internals or build up on the probe
· Each device is calibrated on dedicated calibration rigs before it leaves the factory
· Installations with very small process connections (≥ 0,5”)
· Local display with 4-buttong keypad - not necessary to remove housing cover to access
· Measuring range up to 40 m (130 ft)
· Measurements down to 1.1 DK
· Meets NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156; NACE MR0103 requirements
· Optional METAGLAS® dual process sealing system for dangerous products
