The 475 Field Communicator is an intrinsically safe, full featured
maintenance tool for configuring and troubleshooting both HART and
FOUNDATION fieldbus devices. Key features of this device include a
full-color graphical user interface, diagnostics for troubleshooting
fieldbus segments, Bluetooth communication, a long lasting lithium ion
power module, and universal support for both HART and FOUNDATION fieldbus
devices.
Included with the 475 Field Communicator is the Easy Upgrade Utility
which provides the user the capability to download new HART and
FOUNDATION fieldbus device descriptions via the internet when it is
convenient for you. The 475 is available preprogrammed in English,
German, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, and French.
Hazardous area approvals for this product include CENELEC / ATEX, Factory
Mutual (FM), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), FISCO, and IECEx.
