Brooks® MT38xx meter operation is based on the variable area principle.
The all metal meter is ideal for a variety of gases, liquids and steam
applications. These meters are indispensable for high pressure (1350 bar
/ 20,000 PSIG ) and/or high process temperature (420°C / 788°F)
applications.
The primary meter is available in 316/316L stainless steel as well as
with a PTFE liner.
But a wide range of corrosion resistant materials of construction are
available which makes it a perfect fit for metering of aggressive
applications A broad range of connection sizes and types such as ASME,
DIN and JIS flange choices along with several threaded options provide
for flexible installations.
The mechanical device can be fitted with electronic options such as limit
switches, analog current output, and LCD display.
The flexible design allows for explosion proof, intrinsically safe or
non-incendive protection. The MT38xx is designed in accordance with many
international standards such as ATEX, IECex, CSAus, EAC, CCOE and KOSHA.
