The SVP3000 Alphaplus model AVP304/204 obtains a unique function that is
realized by the hybrid technology.
The model AVP304/204 adopts two signals, analog and FOUNDATION Fieldbus,
that the analog signal is for control loop and the FOUNDATION Fieldbus is
for diagnostic purpose.
1. Auto Set-up
The Auto Set-up functions is fully-automatic configuration program that
specifies the actuator and adjusts zero and span of the valve.
2.Valve diagnostic
Following parameters can be monitored by Control Valve Maintenance
Supporting System "Valstaff".
Stick Slip, Total Stroke, Travel Hystogram, Cycle Count, Shut-Off Count,
Max. Travel Speed.
3. Positive seating
The positive seating function completely shuts off the valve when the
input signal is lower than that set by the user.
4. Single model for multiple specifications
The SVP settings can be changed without any replacement of changing
parts. A single model con be modified to suit any application without any
parts change.
