Application:
The Deltapilot S is a compact transmitter designed for continuous level
measurement of liquids and pastes in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and
food/beverage industries. The modular design of the Deltapilot S enables
it to be used in all industrial environments including hazardous areas.
Features and Benefits:
* New hermetically sealed CONTITE measuring cell:
o Watertight, condensate and climatic proofed
o Excellent accuracy and linearity (better than 0.1% of measuring
range)
o High reproducibility and long term stability
o Minimum temperature effects (better than 0.006%/10°F or 0.1%/10K)
o Continuous temperature compensation of fill fluid ensures
accurate measurement under changing process conditions, and reduced
downtime after SIP/CIP cleaning procedures
* Threaded, Flanged or flush mounted hygienic process connections
* Separate mounting of housing and electronic insert, NEMA 6
submersible (IP68) at measuring point
* HistoROM/M-Dat memory module cyclic storing of measurement values
and device parameters
* Function-monitored from the measuring cell to the electronics
* Universal modularity, i.e. replaceable display, sensor modules,
electronics etc.
* Zero and span freely adjustable with or without reference pressure
* Wide variety of software functions such as diagnostics, simulation,
linearization curves, etc.
