SafeHART™ - Applications, Opportunities and User Benefits

This webinar will provide an introduction to SafeHART™, a safety layer compatible with all HART® communication technology (HART® 4-20mA, WirelessHART®, HART-IP®). We will review the core requirements for SafeHART™ communication and SIL certification, and also discuss the topics of interoperability between SafeHART™ and the installed base of Remote I/O, WirelessHART® Gateways and tools. The application of SafeHART™ to a Safety Instrumented Functions (SIFs) will be described as well. We will also provide an overview of the benefits to the process automation industry, the possible applications and opportunities for SafeHART™ enabled systems and devices.
