IPR Disclosure Notification

Please follow the following steps to submit an IPR Disclosure Notification:

• Go to FieldComm Group Support Portal: go.fieldcommgroup.org/support 
• Click on "New Support Ticket"
• Choose "IPR Notification" (last option) from the drop down menu of the "I need assistance with:" field
• Complete all the fields on the form
