Dr. Minhui Wu and Mr. John Wang lead FieldComm Group regional activities in China. Dr. Wu is the China Regional Director. He started developing FieldComm Group China business in 2012 as the director of HART Communication Foundation - China. Before joining FieldComm Group, he worked for Autodesk, an U.S.A. based design software company and Qihoo 360, a China based internet security company. Dr. Wu holds Bachelor's Degree in Automatic Control and Ph.D in Artificial Intelligence.
Mr. Wang, Technical Service Engineer, has been working alongside Dr. Wu since 2012 to promote HART and now FieldComm Group technologies (HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus and FDI) in China. He provides support to Chinese and global members and end-users, including daily mail/phone, technical training, device registration audition and consulting. He also helps with organizing and logistics for local marketing events. Mr. Wang also plays an active part in FieldComm Group tool development.
Mr. Wang gained extensive knowledge in smart instrumentation development and field applications working as a senior engineer and product manager at Shanghai Institute of Process Automation Instrumentation (SIPAI) from 2000 to 2012. He organized and participated in several national scientific and standards research projects.
Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Automation Control Engineering from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology and a Master's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
